Contest Exchange Builder - Complete Guide

Train real contest workflow: hear exchange, fill logger fields, submit fast, and recover with controlled AGN field replays.

1. What This Game Trains

Fast callsign copy under contest timing pressure.
Structured exchange entry: CALL / RST / ZONE.
Selective repeat usage with penalties, like real AGN decisions.
Rate + accuracy balance instead of pure speed-only drills.

2. Exchange Format (MVP)

Current template is CQ WW style:

CALL 5NN ZONE TU

Example: DL2ABC 5NN 14 TU

3. Data Integrity

Callsigns are drawn from data/callsigns.txt only.
CQ zone metadata is resolved with data/cty.dat prefix logic.
Optional overrides can be defined in data/callsign_overrides.csv.
If cty.dat is missing, use refresh-cty-dat.php.

4. Modes

Practice: full control of speed, duration, and channel settings.
Daily: fixed 90-second challenge with one official daily result.

5. AGN Replay Scopes

AGN CALL: callsign only.
AGN ZONE: zone token only.
AGN ALL: full exchange.

Each replay uses AGN credit and applies server-side penalty.

6. Keyboard Flow

Enter in CALL moves to RST.
Enter in RST moves to ZONE.
Enter in ZONE submits exchange.
Space AGN ALL, C AGN CALL, Z AGN ZONE.

7. Scoring Logic

Scoring is server-authoritative and combines:

Field correctness (CALL has highest importance).
Response speed bonus.
Difficulty multiplier (WPM + QRN/QSB/QRM).
Streak multiplier for sustained clean copy.
AGN penalties per replay.
