1) Information We Collect

All collection is tied to delivering the platform, improving reliability, and supporting you.

Account & Identity

  • Username/call sign and email address for login and communication
  • Hashed passwords with unique salts (no plain-text storage)
  • Role flags (admin/teacher/student/blogger) when applicable

Training & App Data

  • Training sessions, scores, speed settings, progress analytics
  • Module preferences (audio tone, speed, difficulty, language)
  • Local storage for quick access to your selected options

Device & Technical

  • Browser type/version, device type, and basic diagnostics
  • IP addresses and timestamps in server logs for security
  • Hardware integrations (Morserino, WinKeyer, VBand) requested via the browser—with data processed locally unless explicitly sent

Payments & Support

  • Subscription and billing details processed through payment providers (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full payment card numbers
  • Support messages, error reports, and issue tracker submissions
  • Optional feedback you provide in surveys or forms
