Prepare
Set a comfortable device volume before playing sound. Headphones can make sudden tones feel louder.

Keep hearing it as one complete acoustic shape.

The listening-only introduction is complete. Reveal the identity when you are ready to attach a character to the sound.
Say the character’s rhythm aloud as one connected sound, then confirm you tried it. This optional step never records your microphone.
